Interactive engagement site for American Rescue Plan Act fund disbursement built with the ArcGIS StoryMaps platform. The Washougal community was asked to learn about the 5 projects up for consideration and then rank them with a survey. The results informed the City Council’s consideration of which projects should receive funding.
The strategic communication plan also included a social campaign to generate awareness and gain acceptance, resulting in over 1,700 page views and over 500 survey responses from the community.
